This Privacy Policy explains how Startify FunPulse Technologies ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Rooftop Rook ("the App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Information We Collect

Rooftop Rook does not require an account, does not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information, and does not include chat, messaging, or user-generated content features.

The App does use third-party advertising technology to display optional rewarded video ads (for example, an ad you can choose to watch to continue after a defeat). To operate these ads, our advertising partner collects and processes certain device-level information, which may include:

• Advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Android's Advertising ID)
• Device type, operating system, and general technical information
• Approximate location (derived from IP address, not precise GPS)
• App usage and interaction data related to ad delivery

Third-Party Advertising Partner

Rooftop Rook uses Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) to serve advertisements within the App. This partner may collect and process the information described above in accordance with their own privacy policy:

On iOS, ad-related tracking only occurs after you have granted permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can review or change this permission at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Children's Privacy

Rooftop Rook is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate action.

Data Retention and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data collected by our advertising partner is used solely to deliver and measure advertising within the App, subject to that partner's own privacy policy and retention practices.

Your Choices

• iOS: You can opt out of ad tracking by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or by adjusting Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking at any time.
• Android: You can reset or limit your Advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
